RETURNS

I hope you loved your purchase but for whatever reason something went wrong I am here to help you

All items are eligible for return within 30 days of the purchase date EXCEPT gift cards and sale items. All sale items are FINAL. 

If it has been past 30 days we are not eligible for return or exchange.

For your return to be eligible it must be unused and in the same condition you received it and in the same packaging. 

The receipt of proof of purchase must be shown to complete the return. ( Packaging Slip that is included in your shipment) You must circle the item you wish to return.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Rustic Steer Boutique, 1062 Kelso Road,  Murray, KY 42071, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping cost are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping anything over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. There is no guarantee we will receive your returned item. 

Once the package is with the carrier it is strictly out of my hands.
